At DronesKaki, we want to ensure you have the best flight experience possible by offering a 14-day return window for items in original, unopened condition. If your drone or accessory is defective upon arrival, our technical team will prioritize your exchange or repair request.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the product in its original box with all included manuals, batteries, and propellers, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Tracking
Ship the package to our service center using a trackable courier service and provide the tracking ID to our team for monitoring.
- 4.Inspection and Resolution
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit within 3-5 business days to approve your refund or dispatch a replacement unit.
